Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of Yangtics Connect, operated by VISSIE PTY LTD trading as Yangtics. Use the service only if you accept these terms and have authority to access the connected business data.
Access and acceptable use
Protect your credentials and use only accounts and properties you are permitted to access. Do not share access without authorization, bypass safeguards, misuse personal information or interfere with the service. The administrator may restrict or suspend access for security, misuse, provider restrictions or termination of the service.
Reporting service
Connect exposes supported read-only reporting operations. It does not create or modify advertisements, campaigns or budgets. Some provider permissions have broader names than the operations exposed by Connect. Background report generation may create a temporary report job. Provider quotas, app approvals, access rights, retention, attribution, privacy thresholds, outages and API changes may limit availability or results.
Reports and AI-generated interpretations can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Verify important figures in the source platform with matching dates, timezones and attribution settings before making business decisions. You remain responsible for decisions and for data you disclose to ChatGPT or other clients. No advertising outcome or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Content generation
Content Studio generates content inside Connect using the selected source pages, research and writing requirements. Users can review research selections and approve the outline before generation, then review and confirm the delivered content. Generated text may require factual verification. This release offers downloads and new versions; it does not publish content to a connected website.
Data and third parties
You retain your rights in your data and authorize its processing to provide the requested service. Provider and MCP-client terms also apply. See our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting or revoking access does not delete records from the source advertising or analytics platform.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate written service agreement remains applicable. We may update these terms and will make the current text available here. Contact us with questions or to stop using the service.
