Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of data held by Yangtics Connect without signing in.
- Contact us using the email below with the subject “Yangtics Connect data deletion”. Provide your Connect email (if applicable), the connected platform, and the relevant account, property or business identifiers. Do not send passwords, access tokens or app secrets.
- Tell us whether you want to remove one connection, associated local metadata, Content Studio work (including versions, images and writing preferences), or your Connect user account. We will verify your identity and authority and confirm the scope and outcome. We may need clarification where records are shared with other authorized users.
- For immediate local access removal, an Owner can open Connections → Disconnect. Any user can revoke their ChatGPT access under ChatGPT access. You can also remove Yangtics Connect from your Google account connections or Meta Business Integrations to revoke provider-side access.
Disconnect removes the saved provider credential and disables its routes. Full deletion requests are handled by the administrator and can also remove relevant metadata and cached data, subject to legitimate retention obligations. After recovery verification, encrypted backup copies expire through rotation of the latest 14 successful local backups. Earlier backups and off-server copies require separate handling; we will explain the status of those copies when processing a request and reapply deletions if a backup is restored. Copies already sent to ChatGPT or another client must be managed through that service. We do not delete source Google Ads, GA4, Meta, WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify accounts, orders, customers, advertisements or platform records. Shopify merchants can also uninstall the app under Settings → Apps; mandatory Shopify privacy webhooks are handled separately from this instructions page.
This is an instructions page, not an automated Meta data-deletion callback endpoint.
